I send a message thru the website at Wee Hour and the business time stated clearly that their CS will get back the next day working hour.At 8 nish am the next day, a CS from the company send a what’s app to my phone and I have send in my query stating the problem of my air con.They managed to give me a clear quotation as we as a booking on the same day as everyone know that sleeping without an aircon at night in singapore during certain season can be very challenging.The mechanic turns up within the window period as per stated and the aircon problem was fixed and they also give a 1 month warranty for the problem I have with my air con unit - water leaking issue.I have to say that the whole experience is very professional, clear and puntuality as well as price quote is clear.Would recommend this company.

I engaged in Everyworks to perform air conditioning maintenance. They were quick and prompt. Customer support was reliable.They sent Pandi (technician) over to my place and he was great. He was very thorough with the cleaning. And a friendly person too. He also pointed out that the aircond units were not cleaned by the previous vendor which I did not know. A fren recommended DW aircon service to me.The response was swift and prompt.They were able to come on the same day.2 technicians Ramesh and Seenu were deployed to clean 6 fan coils unit.Both of them were skilful, thorough and professional in their work. They even helped to do a healthcheck on the 2 compressors.After the job is done, they cleaned up my toilets to ensure no residual dirt or grime (from the washing of aircon) left behind.My husband and I are very happy with these 2 friendly technicians.

I had two condenser units with a water dripping problem. I contacted DW Aircon and they were able to send a technician, Seenu, who fixed the problem within the same day. Customer services was responsive and thorough in explaining charges and arranging the inspection and servicing. Thumbs up!

Bought a home that had "well used" floors. The guys Das and Mani did a Great job polishing marble floors and refinishing parquet. Restored back to almost new condition, at a reasonable price.Harun and Ajaj came for the second set of works and did an amazing job. They were very considerate and helped with some small patchups that I didn't think could be fixed. Thanks guys, I will contact DW again for some additional work.

Thanks to DW Floor polishing and in particular Harun and his sidekick Mani, my marble floor has been revived to its former glory and looks great again. And if that wasn't enough, Harun also took the time to give some pointers on cleaning and even gave a sample of the cleaning detergent they use.Thanks again Harun!

Mattress was stained by my children and i had contacted DW Team for urgent cleaning. Managed to get appointment same day at 11am.Services was done by 2 professionals and it was completed in 30 mins. Payment was via PayNow.Easy peasy coordination.For the record, it was urine stain and a bit of food stain. Stain gone and bad smell gone. Splendid!

Das and Harun with their team of 4 did a detailed and complete job on our landed home over 4 days through the weekend to polish our parquet and marble floors comprehensively while ensuring that the furniture are removed before starting work each day. Highly recommended!

Das can't do everything, but Das will be honest about anything.My bed stain couldn't be removed, but he told us up front that he suspected it was an old stain (it's true), and that the stain had bonded with fabric. Impossible to remove. Indeed, couldn't be removed. But he did try.Our couch was stained a day ago by our baby's massive backside deluge. It was easily, almost effortlessly, removed by Das. He was thorough.Came on time, left on time. Professional.

Fantastic service. I had the pleasure of having Das help me with my marble floor polishing. Previously, I had scuffs and scratches and plenty of unremovable stains on the flooring, but after polishing, the marble floor is so clean it is like a mirror! (Photo as attached, the reflection of the sky can be seen!) Das is professional, friendly and skilled. He has also given me advice on how to maintain my floor to keep it shiny and lustrous! Very awesome work by DW Floor Polishing Singapore. The team has given my dull looking marble flooring a brand new life! We hired DW floor Polishing on searching on the different companies. Found them to be most reasonable as we're also only polishing our living and dining area, so we decided on them. When Das( the technician) came over, he assured us that our marble will be as new. Both my daughter and I were quite skepital. After the living room was done, we was surprised as our living room's marble looks even better than we first moved to this flat 21 years ago!

I came across a post of theirs online and decided to call them so they could polish and varnish my floor. As a result of their excellent work, my floor looks good as new. I should also like to mention that the workers were so attentive and made sure that no spot was left unpolished. Great work!

I was really impressed with the way this company rendered their services! All the employees were extremely nice and tried their very best to accomodate our very many requests. When the time came to polish our floors, the workers performed the services we needed very speedily and finished everything in less than two hours. I really recommend them!

The floors of our home deteriorated so rapidly that we even wanted to have them overhauled completely. But due to time constraints, we thought we would have somebody polish them instead. After booking an appointment with this company, somebody came after a few days and examined what needed to be done. Although I expected them to do as mediocre a job as previous workers had done, they actually managed to make our parquet floors look beautiful again! I'm just so glad that I didn't decide to take the costly route of having them replaced. We really ar in awe of their work and intend to call them again if circumstances all for it.

I'm very grateful to them for they thorough manner by which they cleaned my carpet! I also like to commend them for the patience they showed as well as their professionalism. Even though the tasks which they had to perform were not easy, they saw to it that everything was done efficiently and neatly. As a result of their work, our carpets look marvelous and cleaner than before! I'm not afraid to say that there isn't a company like them in Singapore.

I actually didn't know much about this company. So you can imagine how nervous I was when I decided to avail of their services. When the workers came, I didn't expect them to do much. But in fact they did! They were able to complete the floor polishing work in a very professional manner and did an excellent job in getting my floors cleaned up. Just so you know, they even did some extra work without charging us extra costs! Never have I experienced their level of service. As a result, I really recommend them to those in need of similar services!

I found this company online and asked if they could polish my marble floor. They were more than accomodating and arrived rather early. But what was more surprising was the fact that it didn't take long for them to complete their work. Now our floors look as good as new!

I have been engaging their service for serval times now. The latest was yesterday. The technician has always been Mr. Rajan (great tech by the way)

2) Recommendation by technician has always been on whats required and never hard selling. If i had asked for something extra they will tell me if it is not necessary.

The customer service Alexis is prompt and professional. She replies watsapp even after 10pm to ensure that client concerns are addressed. She is proactive and will text client in the event of any delays.
Mr Dhanabal is highly dedicated. While most technicians will follow through the motion and do simple wiping. He took 15 mins and clean the vents multiple times to ensure that servicing is properly done. He was polite and even wiped my basin for me to ensure that my house is in good condition after the servicing. Please give this guy a pay raise! 🙂

Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages.
At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball. Raju and Ramesh - very professional, competent and dedicated. On the last day, they stayed back an extra 2 hours as they kept testing my aircon to see that everything worked well.
Thanks to the awesome team at DW Aircon Servicing, my aircon is working better than ever. Would highly recommend DW to everyone!
