⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Technician: Mr. UdaiyarService quick and efficient. Provide product knowledge. No additional cost. 👍🏻🙏🏻However, suggested to do chemical wash at $200. Certain aircon model unable to take the whole aircon down to do deep cleaning. Uses brush to dust and vacuum dust and water altogether.

Dhana was very thorough with the chemical overhaul for 2 fancoil units. Aircon now works perfectly and is cold. Previously, my aircon was choked and no cold air was coming out of it. Job well done and though expensive but worth the money and service.

We were experiencing water leakage issues on the trunking, which leaks to the floor and creates puddles of water at three different spots.Rajan came down to look at the issue and explain what is causing it and what needs to be done (bad/wrong insulation installation and unsealed trunking that lead to condensation)After consulting Technician Rajan, we engaged them to perform a chemical overhaul (since the aircons have not been maintained for more than 1–2 years) and replacement of insulation for the copper pipesRajan and Seenu arrived on time, promptly completed the necessary tasks, and have done an impressive job.Additionally, I would like to thank Valarie for her prompt responses and advice over WhatsApp when I engaged them for their services.Looking forward to engaging them for aircon maintenance as well!Update: Aircon maintenance went smoothly and Murthi was on time and efficient. He ensured the air conditioners were working before and after maintenance. I also appreciate Rose and Crichell's prompt customer support when scheduling maintenance.

We signed up for the quarterly promo package, and recently had our 4th servicing with Mr. Udaiyar, who came earlier and did his work effortlessly. As expected, DW‘s technicians so far were diligent with their job, and never rushed their work. Totally recommend DW AIRCON for your regular AC servicing n maintenance. 👍👍

Service personnel called informing slight delay which is appreciated, this is despite him arriving within agreed timeframe. Good and professional service was rendered. He checked the condenser unit for leak upon request and provided sound advice, unlike other service provider whom I had bad experience with (claiming he had checked but obviously not). Overall recommended.

Informed the company that my air con's gas is low and might be leaking. The company mention need to send a air con technician to do an inspection. After paid for the inspection, their recommendation is to top up the gas. And their company does not has gas pressure test services.The company follow up after their internal investigation and make necessary action that meet the customer expectations.I had upgraded to 5 stars for their aftermarket service which is what consumers need.

Excellent service and highly recommended! I was frustrated with my landlord’s aircon servicing company (always late by 2-3 hours, makes a mess in my place, leaves the aircon noisier/leaking vs before, very rude) and decided to try out a new provider DW Aircon. The DW service crew Dhanapal came on time, was very professional and even brought a sheet to cover my items so it won’t get dirty. I’m so impressed with their service and highly recommend it! 🙂

Chance upon everyworks on google and enquired them on CNY deep cleaning for sofa. They are very responsive and answered my enquiries promptly. Decided to engage them eventually.Deb the technician is very proficient in performing his job. Arrived on time, explained the steps and reason for performing each cleaning steps and even tried his best to help remove stains on my fabric sofa. He even went the extra miles to clean up my place before leaving.I can already see the difference before my sofa is completely dry. Technician Ramesh was punctual, friendly and professional. He knows his work and takes time to explain to me why my aircon is not cold after diagnosis. Was initially having the thought to do chemical overhaul as aircon is 10 year old and not serviced past year during covid period, but he was able to diagnose that it's due to low gas. In the end just a gas top up and normal servicing does the job. He and his other tech cleaned the units thoroughly, using brush to clear the cooler fins and vacuum to clear the debris/dust. Aircon looks and feel like new. Kudos to the team!

We hired DW floor Polishing on searching on the different companies. Found them to be most reasonable as we're also only polishing our living and dining area, so we decided on them. When Das( the technician) came over, he assured us that our marble will be as new. Both my daughter and I were quite skepital. After the living room was done, we was surprised as our living room's marble looks even better than we first moved to this flat 21 years ago!

The floors of our home deteriorated so rapidly that we even wanted to have them overhauled completely. But due to time constraints, we thought we would have somebody polish them instead. After booking an appointment with this company, somebody came after a few days and examined what needed to be done. Although I expected them to do as mediocre a job as previous workers had done, they actually managed to make our parquet floors look beautiful again! I'm just so glad that I didn't decide to take the costly route of having them replaced. We really ar in awe of their work and intend to call them again if circumstances all for it.

I needed someone to polish my marble floors because of they many stains and dirt which they had accumulated over the years. When a friend recommended this company, I decided to give it a try. To my suprise, their servicing costs were really low and it was really easy to book an appointment with them. As a matter of fact, the customer support staff were really helpful and promised to send over some very competent people. Moreover, they tried to very best to answer all questions I had as well as address many of my concerns. To be honest, I hadn't experienced such friendly service from the other service providers which I had called in the past. A few days later, some workers came and inspected all our floors which needed cleaning. Luckily enough, they were really patient and worked very hard to remove all stubborn marks. I was really astonished because it only took them a short amount of time to complete the work. Once they were finished, I felt more than satisfied with the work they did. If ever I require floor polishing services again, I have no doubt as to who to contact.

I'm very grateful to them for they thorough manner by which they cleaned my carpet! I also like to commend them for the patience they showed as well as their professionalism. Even though the tasks which they had to perform were not easy, they saw to it that everything was done efficiently and neatly. As a result of their work, our carpets look marvelous and cleaner than before! I'm not afraid to say that there isn't a company like them in Singapore.

I actually didn't know much about this company. So you can imagine how nervous I was when I decided to avail of their services. When the workers came, I didn't expect them to do much. But in fact they did! They were able to complete the floor polishing work in a very professional manner and did an excellent job in getting my floors cleaned up. Just so you know, they even did some extra work without charging us extra costs! Never have I experienced their level of service. As a result, I really recommend them to those in need of similar services!

Setting up an appointment was fuss-free and Ms Gene tried her best to slot me in at the earliest possible timing.
Mr Murthi serviced all the aircons in about 30-minutes - super efficient fella.
But at the end of the day, it all boils down to price - 4 aircon units for $110? Even my mother-in-law nodded in approval when I told her the price.

2) Recommendation by technician has always been on whats required and never hard selling. If i had asked for something extra they will tell me if it is not necessary.

The customer service Alexis is prompt and professional. She replies watsapp even after 10pm to ensure that client concerns are addressed. She is proactive and will text client in the event of any delays.
Mr Dhanabal is highly dedicated. While most technicians will follow through the motion and do simple wiping. He took 15 mins and clean the vents multiple times to ensure that servicing is properly done. He was polite and even wiped my basin for me to ensure that my house is in good condition after the servicing. Please give this guy a pay raise! 🙂

DW is truly my saviour after a horrible couple of weeks!
Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages.
At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball. Raju and Ramesh - very professional, competent and dedicated. On the last day, they stayed back an extra 2 hours as they kept testing my aircon to see that everything worked well.
Thanks to the awesome team at DW Aircon Servicing, my aircon is working better than ever. Would highly recommend DW to everyone!

Did my aircon service, first impression will always last. The 2 working men came and rectify the problem when they look at my aircon, update me briefly and proceed with their work.
