Have been a loyal customer with DW Aircon for years. Always get prompt response from the Customer Service, Ms Julie from Support Group, attended to me via WhatsApp , quick & immediate response. Very friendly & professional. 2 thumbs up for her. Managed to get a slot for svc on the day itself. Mr Dhanapal, the Technician, was punctual, managed to service my aircon quick & fast, no time wasted. He was professional & definitely know what he was doing. Gave good advice as to after care. Bought a home that had "well used" floors. The guys Das and Mani did a Great job polishing marble floors and refinishing parquet. Restored back to almost new condition, at a reasonable price.Harun and Ajaj came for the second set of works and did an amazing job. They were very considerate and helped with some small patchups that I didn't think could be fixed. Thanks guys, I will contact DW again for some additional work.

Second time engaging Everyworks. Technician Ramesh and Seenu were thorough and efficient, and came relatively on time. Customer service was prompt. Both times, the technicians/ Everyworks kept to the appointments and did not change anything after the appointment was confirmed, unlike what I’ve heard of with other technicians.Only issue was that their next available slot for aircon chemical overhaul had quite a wait (2 weeks), which may not be suitable if the problem is significant and urgent.

My husband and I are relatively new to Singapore and new to these quarterly AC cleanings. Friends of ours recommended DW Aircon. We've been extremely happy with their service. Joanna and Gene, in the customer service team, are always fast and extremely helpful with answering questions.The technician, Mr Murthi, is always impeccable, friendly and professional. He's also very clean, leaving no trace that he was ever here. Which is not the case for a lot of AC work we've had done with prior companies.

I had some issues with other aircon service companies in the past, but with DW Aircon, everything was so easy. They responded promptly to my messages, even on holidays and after hours. Ms Joanna was very helpful and prompt in responses, and Mr Dhana was professional and efficient in servicing my aircon units. Mr Dhana showed up a little early, but kindly waited for me to finish my meeting and only started when I arrived a minute or 2 late. Everything was so easy that I was able to schedule the servicing into my schedule, and not build my day around it like with other companies where you have to wait for them to arrive and block off large windows of time. Will definitely use DW Aircon’s services again. The cost was slightly higher than the last company I went with, but the quality of service is definitely worth it for peace of mind and convenience.

Mattress was stained by my children and i had contacted DW Team for urgent cleaning. Managed to get appointment same day at 11am.Services was done by 2 professionals and it was completed in 30 mins. Das can't do everything, but Das will be honest about anything.My bed stain couldn't be removed, but he told us up front that he suspected it was an old stain (it's true), and that the stain had bonded with fabric. Impossible to remove. Indeed, couldn't be removed. But he did try.Our couch was stained a day ago by our baby's massive backside deluge. It was easily, almost effortlessly, removed by Das. He was thorough.Came on time, left on time. Professional.

Previously, I had scuffs and scratches and plenty of unremovable stains on the flooring, but after polishing, the marble floor is so clean it is like a mirror! We hired DW floor Polishing on searching on the different companies. Found them to be most reasonable as we're also only polishing our living and dining area, so we decided on them. When Das( the technician) came over, he assured us that our marble will be as new. Both my daughter and I were quite skepital. After the living room was done, we was surprised as our living room's marble looks even better than we first moved to this flat 21 years ago!

I was really impressed with the way this company rendered their services! All the employees were extremely nice and tried their very best to accomodate our very many requests. The floors of our home deteriorated so rapidly that we even wanted to have them overhauled completely. But due to time constraints, we thought we would have somebody polish them instead. After booking an appointment with this company, somebody came after a few days and examined what needed to be done. Although I expected them to do as mediocre a job as previous workers had done, they actually managed to make our parquet floors look beautiful again! I'm just so glad that I didn't decide to take the costly route of having them replaced. We really ar in awe of their work and intend to call them again if circumstances all for it.

I'm very grateful to them for they thorough manner by which they cleaned my carpet! I also like to commend them for the patience they showed as well as their professionalism. Even though the tasks which they had to perform were not easy, they saw to it that everything was done efficiently and neatly. As a result of their work, our carpets look marvelous and cleaner than before! I'm not afraid to say that there isn't a company like them in Singapore.

I actually didn't know much about this company. So you can imagine how nervous I was when I decided to avail of their services. When the workers came, I didn't expect them to do much. But in fact they did! They were able to complete the floor polishing work in a very professional manner and did an excellent job in getting my floors cleaned up. Just so you know, they even did some extra work without charging us extra costs! Never have I experienced their level of service. As a result, I really recommend them to those in need of similar services!

Mr Murthi serviced all the aircons in about 30-minutes - super efficient fella.

I have been engaging their service for serval times now. The latest was yesterday. The technician has always been Mr. Rajan (great tech by the way)

2) Recommendation by technician has always been on whats required and never hard selling. If i had asked for something extra they will tell me if it is not necessary.

He took 15 mins and clean the vents multiple times to ensure that servicing is properly done. He was polite and even wiped my basin for me to ensure that my house is in good condition after the servicing. Please give this guy a pay raise! 🙂

Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages.
At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball. Raju and Ramesh - very professional, competent and dedicated. On the last day, they stayed back an extra 2 hours as they kept testing my aircon to see that everything worked well.
Thanks to the awesome team at DW Aircon Servicing, my aircon is working better than ever. Would highly recommend DW to everyone!

Did my aircon service, first impression will always last. The 2 working men came and rectify the problem when they look at my aircon, update me briefly and proceed with their work.
