9 June 2026 - usual servicing today. Service staff is good but the admin reply is a little...They were supposed to come at 4pm to 430pm. I put off my work and home tasks so I won't be blocking them and can open door for them when they come. I messaged twice asking because in the end, they only came at 445pm.Admin replied to say they understand I'm excited but unfortunately they have to change the slot to 430-5pm and hope I understand.Excited?? I hope some respect is shown to your customers whose time is precious especially during a working day.Furthermore, the staff borrowed ladder from me to clean the aircon (what if I don't have a ladder) and asked to use my toilet (I only have one toilet and prefer not to have strangers using it) but in the end I let him used it. I don't blame the staff because he's trying his best but maybe the company should lighten his schedule and provide him with the tools to do his job.--------Murthi was very efficient in cleaning and servicing my 2 aircon units. He explained any issues he found with the units and left clear instructions.Previously I had leakage issues and Everyworks managed to resolve them too by retaping the pipes. Will definitely engage them again

I initially had a very disappointing experience with this company. The technician arrived 40 minutes late, left an aircon flap improperly installed, and only completed 3 out of the 4 scheduled units. To make matters worse, there was a frustrating miscommunication where the technician promised to return the next day for the final chemical wash, but the office team told me they were fully booked for two days.However, I am thoroughly impressed by the company’s excellent turnaround service today. Govin and Karin came down to complete the chemical cleaning, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They didn't just rush through the work; they performed a highly thorough check-up on the entire unit to ensure everything was running perfectly and that there were no lingering issues. Both Govin and Karin are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do.While the initial visit fell short, their swift and stellar service recovery completely made up for it. Highly recommend Govin and Karin for their professionalism.

Great service -- it was an outdoor deck replacement job, and the weather was unfortunately rainy. The contractor was patient to return twice for touch-up work (the 1st touch-up was foiled by rain, again) -- and the 2nd time it was finally done. Now my patio looks really nice! 😀 Kudos!

Very professional and quality cleaning up the fan coils, each unit the tech removes the rotor fan out from the wall and spreads with water and clean it. Unlike other contractors, which do not remove the rotor fan just brushing through the motions and said only chemical cleaning need to remove and up-sale you for chemicals cleaning.

Had a great experience with the aircon servicing done by Nasir. He was professional, efficient, and very thorough in his work. It was seen that they were going more for customer satisfaction, more than with the intent to earn more money from the clients so appreciated it for that. Great customer support staff who attended to my queries patiently, professionally and with quick turnaround, even during CNY period. The technicians Azaz and Amin did a good job polishing the marble. The floor stains and scratches are gone and the floor now looks like new. Below I’ve posted the photos before polishing (first 2 photos) and after polishing (next 2 photos).

I had several power trips before and many of the other air con servicing companies gave me reasons such as gas leak, mainboard issue on the compressor etc. This issue has been troubling me for several years. The amount of money spent (including a change of the compressor to another 2nd hand one) could not solve the issue. DW Aircon technician (Ramesh) knew immediately that it was an ac isolator fault with insufficient amperage to support 2 compressors and gave several recommendations on the spot.I couldn't be more satisfied with DW Aircon services and they will be my first choice in all future tasks (general servicing, chemical wash) related to my ac.

Last 2 weeks I started to look for a parquet polishing for my condo. The admin is very responsive. Though there was a bit of miscom. The admin and the team managed it professionally. Lastly, I want to thanks Amin, the worker who came to do the real work, I must say he is dedicated to his job and he did a great job for my parquet! Love it!

I thought I had cleaned up the room for parquet finishing, but I haven't entirely done so. Amin is polite, smiley, and very quick in action, helping to shift the mini fridge and assist with moving the clothing hanging in the wardrobe. He's quick to work on his task and give prompt updates through text. Definitely recommend looking for Amin for his parquet works!

Both Amin and Azaz are not only skilful and competent but also highly reliable and responsible. They take a lot of pride in their work hence the quality deliverables. When the work was completed and they returned to pick up their tools, they asked to see the floors; and they said, nice, looking very pleased with the outcomes — that’s the difference! I am impressed that these are certified craftsmen. My husband and I are very satisfied and happy with the lovely matt finished parquet floors.Engaging DW Floor Polishing/Everyworks was a breeze, from scope of work to quotation and payment. Following Oh’s onsite assessment, Lara was responsive to every request and question. I engaged DW floor polishing to restore my marble floor. My floor was in a bad state with many deep cracks, Das and Azaz did a fantastic job, they extended the job by an additional 3 days, painstakingly patching each crack up and finally polishing the floor to a shine. They also went the additional mile to varnish the skirting and adjust the door hinges to prevent the door from scratching the floor. The before and after pictures show what an excellent job they did. Very satisfied with the end result! Thank you Das, Azaz and DW floor polishing!

Azaz did an amazing job with our parquet living room floor. He put a plastic wrap over the TV and the kitchen so they wouldn’t get dusty. Marvin the receptionist was also super helpful with arranging for a technician to come down to our place to give a quote and scheduling the work.

Cleaner(Govin) was clear in explaining the cleaning process. Where there are stains that can’t be removed, he will inform and demonstrate that he has tried his best to remove it. Cleaner will clean up and make sure area around the bed is dry and clean before leaving

It was supposed to be a 2-day job, but due to inefficient planning on Day 1 and lead technician’s illness on Day 2, an extra day was required which led to significant inconvenience for me and my family.DW was responsive though in sending another lead technician Das to complete the works. Das was friendly, has great work pride and attitude and understands the value of customer satisfaction, even under constraints of time. He exercised good leadership skills when he called in additional man Based so works can be completed by the stated time.Based has also done a great job of installing the wood skirting on Day 2, and varnishing them to match the door frame colour.Overall, the work results were to my satisfaction. I had a pleasant experience with the customer service personnel who arranged for me an appointment for mattress cleaning service as well as the technician, Govind, who came to clean my mattress. I contacted DW in the morning and I was lucky to have a slot later on the same day. Govind was approachable and professional. He took time to explain the steps of the mattress cleaning before he started the cleaning. He also answered my queries with patience. I will definitely engage DW for other services such as sofa cleaning etc.

Govin and Mani came to my apartment yesterday to deep clean 2 mattress. They were very thorough and friendly. There were some issues with my wifi connection and I had to talk to a service provider and they helpfully stopped their work whenever I had to talk to the router service staff. Second time having Seenu clean our aircon units.Not only was he very thorough with the cleaning, Seenu was very honest and helpful. We had another aircon service company staff tell us that our aircon piping was damaged and advised us to redo all of our piping, and Seenu gave an honest assessment that it was just condensation and recommended altering our aircon settings to solve the problem.Really appreciate Seenu’s expertise and professionalism! Dhana is friendly and showed up on time with his equipments. He is professional and know what he is doing. When pouring away the dirty water, it was done in a way where my toilet is not being dirtied at all. Highly recommended. Only area of improvement if the company can wipe their machine to look clean. The machine exterior looks very dirty.

Engaged them for my sofa cleaning & I would say that I am very satisfied with the 5 steps deep cleaning. The technician, Dhana, came on time & cleaned my sofa thoroughly. As you can see from the dirty water. I didnt take a picture of my sofa before, these are pictures of my sofa after cleaning. Dhana was also very careful and friendly as I have small children. Aside from a difference on my appointment time of 8:30pm, and Dhana’s instructions for 9pm, his service was very good. He arrived at 9pm, was polite and careful navigating the cleaning equipment to our bedroom. He asked permission to use the attached bathroom for the service, explained what he was going to do, prepared the equipment and started work. He was careful and diligent, and cleaned up the room floor and the bathroom when he was done. Thank you Dhana.

I had a 3 seater and single seater sofa cleaned. The outcome was excellent! The fabric and overall visual of the seats looked like the sofa was bought brand new. This is especially so when it came to the arm of the sofa. It was a dark and brown colour on a grey fabric before cleaning. After cleaning, the grey colour finally came back! This was after a few years of not cleaning the sofa at all as we did not know how to clean the arm of the sofa without damaging the fabric.

Arrived 9.15, got to work promptly, finished in 2.5 hours. Dana went through with me the process and answered all questions I had for him. The cleaning was thorough and I am pleasantly surprised the stubborn stains could go off. Both Dana & Mani were worked hard with the cleaning, very satisfied with the work.

This service provider was one of the best I've ever engaged. Their workers were extremely friendly and they made sure that my mattresses looked as clean as possible. But at the end of the day, it all boils down to price - 4 aircon units for $110? Even my mother-in-law nodded in approval when I told her the price.

I have been engaging their service for serval times now. The latest was yesterday. The technician has always been Mr. Rajan (great tech by the way)

2) Recommendation by technician has always been on whats required and never hard selling. If i had asked for something extra they will tell me if it is not necessary.

The customer service Alexis is prompt and professional. She replies watsapp even after 10pm to ensure that client concerns are addressed. She is proactive and will text client in the event of any delays.
Mr Dhanabal is highly dedicated. While most technicians will follow through the motion and do simple wiping. He took 15 mins and clean the vents multiple times to ensure that servicing is properly done. He was polite and even wiped my basin for me to ensure that my house is in good condition after the servicing. Please give this guy a pay raise! 🙂

DW is truly my saviour after a horrible couple of weeks!
Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages.
At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball. Long story short - i originally called another company (A*ple) to do a chemical wash for my aircon, and they managed to short-circut the wiring to my aircon, spoil the connectors on my compressor and refused to answer my calls after that - all these happened in 2 weeks. The most unprofessional company-I will see how I can sue them for damages.
At my wits end, i called Daylight electrician who help link me up with DW as well, and within 2 trips in 3 days, they managed to solve the wiring problem, fix the compressor, AND clean my aircon. Awesome customer service all around! Ms Lim - excellent communications, friendly, fast, humorous and positive and it was reassuring that she was always on the ball.
